1. Introduction
Welcome to sevenco ("sevenco", "Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sevenco mobile applications, websites, APIs, support channels, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies, guidelines, or service rules that apply to specific features.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Platform.
- You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Drivers and service providers must satisfy onboarding, licensing, verification, and compliance requirements set by sevenco or applicable law.
- We may refuse access if you are suspended, previously removed, or legally prohibited from using the Platform.
3. Definitions
User
- Any person accessing the Platform, including riders, customers, drivers, service providers, business partners, and visitors.
Rider or Customer
- A user who books, requests, schedules, or receives driver, mobility, transportation, delivery, or related services through the Platform.
Driver or Service Provider
- An independent provider who accepts bookings or provides services through or in connection with the Platform.
Trip or Booking
- A service request made through the Platform, including one-way trips, hourly bookings, round trips, airport transfers, long-distance travel, scheduled bookings, or other supported services.
4. Platform Role
sevenco provides a technology platform that facilitates connections between riders, customers, drivers, and independent service providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, sevenco does not itself provide transportation services and is not a transportation carrier.
Drivers and service providers are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of sevenco except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Account Registration
- You may need to create an account to access certain Platform features.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, OTPs, and account access.
- You must promptly update your account information if it changes.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by sevenco's proven security failure.
6. Identity Verification & KYC
sevenco may require riders, drivers, or service providers to complete identity, document, selfie, facial, address, vehicle, insurance, background, or other verification checks.
We may use manual review or third-party verification partners. Submitting false, forged, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection, suspension, termination, and reporting to authorities where appropriate.
7. Bookings & Service Requests
- Bookings may be instant, scheduled, hourly, round-trip, long-distance, airport, or otherwise supported by the Platform.
- A booking is subject to driver availability, service area, verification status, payment status, operational constraints, and applicable law.
- sevenco may cancel, modify, reassign, or reject a booking for safety, availability, fraud prevention, pricing, compliance, or operational reasons.
- Estimated arrival times, route durations, prices, and availability are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, route changes, delays, or other conditions.
8. Fares, Fees & Taxes
Fares and fees may include base fare, distance charges, time charges, waiting charges, hourly package charges, cancellation fees, platform fees, taxes, tolls, parking, night charges, surge or demand-based pricing, and other applicable charges disclosed in the Platform.
Prices shown before booking may be estimates unless expressly marked as final. Final payable amounts may change based on route, duration, waiting time, package usage, extra stops, tolls, taxes, or policy rules.
9. Payments & Payouts
- Users must pay all applicable fares, fees, penalties, and taxes through supported payment methods or permitted cash modes.
- Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers and is subject to their terms.
- sevenco may retry failed payments, recover outstanding dues, restrict future bookings, or suspend accounts with unpaid balances.
- Driver payouts, incentives, deductions, taxes, penalties, and settlement cycles may be governed by separate driver or partner terms.
10. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows
Cancellation fees may apply if a rider cancels after a driver is assigned, after a grace period, after the driver arrives, or under other conditions disclosed in the Platform.
Refunds, if applicable, may be issued to the original payment method, wallet, credit balance, or other permitted mode. Refund timelines may depend on payment processors and banks.
sevenco may deny refunds for completed trips, misuse, false claims, policy violations, or circumstances outside sevenco's control.
11. User Responsibilities
- Use the Platform lawfully, respectfully, and only for intended purposes.
- Provide accurate pickup, drop, contact, and booking information.
- Treat drivers, riders, support teams, and other users with respect.
- Ensure your own vehicle is legally compliant, insured, roadworthy, and safe where booking a driver for your own car.
- Avoid unsafe, illegal, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or disruptive conduct.
12. Driver & Service Provider Responsibilities
- Maintain valid licenses, permits, documents, insurance, and eligibility required by law and sevenco policy.
- Follow traffic laws, safety standards, route instructions where reasonable, and professional conduct expectations.
- Avoid intoxication, harassment, discrimination, unsafe driving, fraudulent behavior, cash misuse, or unauthorized delegation of bookings.
- Keep app status, availability, trip progress, payment status, and support communication accurate.
- Report incidents, disputes, accidents, safety concerns, and document changes promptly.
13. Prohibited Conduct
- Fraud, fake bookings, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, identity misuse, or account sharing.
- Harassment, threats, violence, stalking, discrimination, sexual misconduct, or abusive language.
- Illegal transport, unlawful goods, weapons, narcotics, human trafficking, or activity violating applicable law.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, security attacks, or interference with Platform operation.
- Creating duplicate accounts to bypass limits, suspension, pricing, referral rules, or verification.
14. Safety, Incidents & Emergency Features
sevenco may provide safety features such as live tracking, emergency contacts, support escalation, incident reporting, route deviation alerts, call masking, optional audio safety recording, or other safety tools. These features are not a substitute for contacting police, ambulance, fire, or other emergency services.
Users must promptly report accidents, misconduct, unsafe behavior, damage, theft, harassment, medical emergencies, or other serious incidents.
15. Communications & Call Masking
sevenco may enable communication between riders, drivers, support agents, and partners through calls, SMS, chat, push notifications, email, or in-app messaging. We may mask phone numbers where supported to protect privacy.
Support calls, ride-related calls, chat logs, and metadata may be monitored, stored, or recorded for safety, quality, fraud prevention, training, and dispute resolution where permitted by law.
16. Ratings, Reviews & User Content
Users may submit ratings, reviews, feedback, images, documents, support evidence, or other content. You grant sevenco a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, moderate, remove, and process such content for Platform operation, safety, support, analytics, and legal purposes.
You must not upload unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or privacy-violating content.
17. Promotions, Referrals & Credits
- Promotions, coupons, wallet credits, referral rewards, discounts, and incentives may be subject to additional terms, eligibility rules, expiry dates, limits, and fraud checks.
- sevenco may modify, suspend, revoke, or recover promotional benefits in cases of abuse, technical error, duplicate accounts, suspicious activity, or policy violation.
- Promotional credits may not be redeemable for cash unless required by law.
18. Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Platform may integrate with maps, navigation, payments, verification, analytics, communication, support, cloud, deep-link, or other third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
sevenco is not responsible for third-party service outages, errors, actions, omissions, or content except where required by applicable law.
19. App Stores & Device Permissions
If you download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play, your use may also be subject to the relevant app store terms. Device permissions such as location, camera, photos, microphone, notifications, contacts, and storage are requested to support Platform functionality and may be controlled through device settings.
20. Intellectual Property
sevenco owns or licenses the Platform, including software, design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, content, workflows, databases, APIs, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform except as permitted by law or written authorization.
21. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the processing practices described there.
22. Account Suspension & Termination
- sevenco may suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate access for fraud, safety risk, legal risk, policy violation, non-payment, abusive behavior, fake bookings, duplicate accounts, suspicious activity, or operational reasons.
- We may withhold payouts, recover incentives, block bookings, remove content, or preserve account records where necessary for investigation, compliance, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
- Users may request account closure, subject to outstanding dues, active disputes, fraud checks, and legally required retention.
23. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sevenco does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, exact driver availability, exact pickup or arrival times, route accuracy, or uninterrupted third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sevenco disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sevenco shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising out of or related to use of the Platform.
sevenco's aggregate liability for claims related to the Platform shall be limited to the amount paid by you to sevenco for the specific booking giving rise to the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
25. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless sevenco, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of law, infringement of rights, fraud, misconduct, or unsafe activity.
26. Force Majeure
sevenco will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, internet or telecom failures, power outages, government actions, riots, war, epidemic, pandemic, cyberattacks, payment network failures, mapping outages, or severe weather.
27. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution section below, courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
28. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, users agree to first contact sevenco support and attempt to resolve disputes informally. sevenco may investigate disputes using trip data, location logs, payment records, communication logs, support evidence, and other relevant records.
Where arbitration is legally permitted and adopted by sevenco through applicable supplemental terms, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, in English, by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with applicable arbitration law.
29. Changes to These Terms
sevenco may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

31. TPSP Subscription Agreement
This Subscription Agreement establishes the rights, responsibilities, and conditions governing the relationship between you ("TPSP") and sevenco Mobility Technologies Private Limited ("E-Commerce Operator") for your use of the Platform.
Please review this Agreement carefully before proceeding. By selecting "I Agree" and/or accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, select "I Do Not Agree" and discontinue use immediately.
32. TPSP Definitions
E-Commerce Platform
- sevenco is a technology-enabled electronic marketplace connecting customers who need professional driving assistance with qualified Third Party Service Providers (TPSPs) in real time. It is a proprietary product of sevenco Mobility Technologies Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.
Driver / Third Party Service Provider (TPSP)
- A TPSP is an independent, self-employed professional driver who voluntarily registers on the Platform to offer services to customers.
- Each TPSP is subject to screening and eligibility checks before activation. sevenco disclaims liability for TPSP conduct and does not create an employment, agency, or vicarious liability relationship by facilitating access to the Platform.
33. TPSP Terms of Engagement
- sevenco acts solely as a technology intermediary between TPSPs and customers. The service contract is directly between the TPSP and the customer; sevenco is not a party to that contract.
- After trip completion, service charges are communicated to the customer through the app and/or email. Payment may be made in cash or via digital payment options available on the Platform.
- For digital payments collected on-platform, sevenco remits the amount to the TPSP after deducting applicable Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) under Section 194O of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
- The TPSP acknowledges current GST obligations under applicable law. If the TPSP crosses the GST threshold, the TPSP must promptly obtain GST registration, share GSTIN with sevenco, and comply with return filing requirements. Where applicable, sevenco will deduct and remit Tax Collected at Source (TCS).
- The TPSP confirms earnings exceed INR 21,000 per month, being the referenced PF/ESI wage ceiling at onboarding.
- The TPSP confirms they were not enrolled as a PF/ESI member before entering this partnership.
- Based on the above representations, PF/ESI enrolment is not mandatory for this arrangement, and the TPSP requests that sevenco not enrol them under PF/ESI.
- The TPSP agrees to comply with sevenco's operational standards, conduct rules, procedures, and onboarding "Do's and Don'ts," including all future updates communicated by sevenco.
- The TPSP must provide a valid driving licence and warrants that all information submitted to sevenco is accurate, complete, and truthful at all times.
- The TPSP must exercise reasonable care, skill, and diligence while operating customer vehicles, comply with all traffic and parking laws, and immediately report accidents or violations. Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing condition is strictly prohibited.
- Any breach of this Agreement or sevenco policies may result in suspension or permanent deactivation of the TPSP account. Safe and responsible service delivery is mandatory.
- A TPSP is in default if any payment obligation remains unpaid. In default, sevenco may deactivate or terminate access, including dashboard access and resource management capabilities.
- This Agreement is effective from the date of acceptance and continues until terminated in accordance with these terms.
- A non-refundable platform/subscription fee may apply per the active plan, except where sevenco verifies a technical error or platform failure. sevenco may revise fees with prior notice through website, email, or SMS. Continued use after revision constitutes acceptance. Fee disputes must be raised within three days of charge date.
- TPSPs receive fare share and incentives as determined by sevenco from time to time. Incentives are scheme-based and payable only upon satisfying eligibility conditions.
- The TPSP bears sole responsibility for accidents, damages, and incidents involving customer vehicles during service delivery, including associated costs such as fines and penalties. A repeat accident within any rolling 12-month period may result in permanent deactivation.
- Fraudulent conduct, including fake bookings or misrepresentation, may lead to immediate termination and recovery of losses, including replacement and related financial damages.
- Non-compliance with conduct, safety, or service standards, including missed/cancelled bookings, rash driving, accidents, unprofessional behaviour, or habitual delays, may attract penalties communicated by sevenco from time to time.
